Developers at Greenpoint Landing are pretty much sure that their 10 luxury tower rising is taking place in the near future. The towers will be surrounded by modern greens, new shops and. possibly…a new bridge to Long Island City!

The site will feature a marina as well as the largest East River pier as the centerpiece of the waterfront experience. Indoor amenities will include concierge and valet service, fitness center and spa, racquetball court, golf-simulator, children’s playroom and screening room. Unique outdoor space will include a seasonal putting green / ice rink, and a large amenity deck overlooking with swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue area. Indoor parking will be accessible to all residents, and restaurants and other retail establishments will be incorporated throughout the entire project.

Does all of this high rise construction sound a bit familiar to you?

The whole point of this seems to be to make the new Greenpoint development walkable to the 7 at Vernon. Otherwise the (non-ferry) transit options are pretty poor.

Asking questions are in fact pleasant thing if you are not understanding something fully, however this article presents pleasant understanding yet.
