Red chairs are back at Gantry Park!

They’re baaaaack…
Remember the red adirondack chairs that were stolen by houligans over a year ago from Gantry State Park? Well, they’re back…and this time, they’re here to stay.
Or are they?
The chairs have been bolted down to the wooden boardwalk near the large lawn. However, if you look closely below, it doesn’t seem to be a bolt that those same houligans can’t get around.
So…how long until these guys are gone? Anyone care to wage?
was there yesterday and surprised they were back!!! but some idiots already messed this up with 5 pointz and had their stupid names on chairs…..
What do you mean “messed up with 5 Pointz”? Did they write 5 pointz on the chairs or just their stupid street name?
What happened with the chairs? Are they ruined already? I haven’t been able to see them yet. Anyone else going to the library thing this Thursday btw?
Maybe get metal chairs that are harder to mark up?
glad these are finally back, but i’m sure the same losers will find a way to destroy them (if not take them), especially considering there is absolutely no security presence.
What do you need security for? Big deal, they steal some red chairs. The security needs to be where it counts…further north near the projects. Where recently someone got raped in broad daylight. Or where people I know have gotten mugged. Besides, I see those parks people driving up and down with their off road vehicles all day and night.
THat’s so freakin offensive I don’t know where to start…
