Breaking LIC News:
You need gas and electricity to cook.

7 Aug

The newest restaurant in Long Island City, Cyclo, is having a bit of a rough time getting up and running thanks to the lack of gas and electricity. In fact, the Vietnamese restaurant is ready to start serving but as the sign says, they are waiting for Con Ed to hook them up. Really, if you’re waiting for Con Ed, you might as well fly out to Vietnam for that Pho.

I spoke to the owner over at Tuk Tuk. She said that ConEd keeps rescheduling and, when they do nail down a date, ConEd will no-show. Sucks, cause I’m dying for some pho!
